History

Small Beginning

It was not until his mid teens that Pastor Caro heard that God was manifest in the flesh.  It was not very long after that he was baptised in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Ghost.  From that point forward, he was filled with a desire to bring the Apostolic message to all of those who, like him,  had not heard the full Gospel.

After receiving his degree in Theology from Jackson College of Ministries in Jackson, MS, Pasto Caro initially had his eyes set outword with a burden for the communitites that were not being reached as zealously as those close to home - namely the metropolitan centers of our cities.

While in prayer spending some time home after ministering in Las Vegas and Orange County, Pastor Caro began to see that while his eyes were outward, there was need for the Metro areas of New Orleans to be evangelized as well and his burden began to increase toward the home he had been raised in.

"And David said, What have I now done? Is there not a cause?"
1 Samuel 17:29

Since that time, even though Pastor Caro's burden still extends to every metro city without a voice, we have worked dilligently to reach the city that we love and will always call home.

Having planted two works previously, we are focused on completing the work we have started.

What We Believe

The Apostles' Doctrine

We are founded upon the belief that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.

We believe in the great commission and are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy and compassion.

We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).

"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."
1 Timothy  3:16

We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38.

We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues. Acts 2:4

We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government. Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11
